Return Policy

At Trouve Mille, your satisfaction is our priority.
We’re here to make sure you and your little ones are happy with every find!
Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

 
1. Return Eligibility
  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

 
2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Baby accessories (e.g., bibs, pacifiers, teething toys)

  • Underwear and swimwear

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Sale items (final sale)

 
3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Please email support@trouvemille.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 
4. Refunds
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or different from your order, please contact us at support@trouvemille.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no extra cost to you.

 
6. Cancellations
  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.

7. Exchanges
  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@trouvemille.com.
